Assisted Living - (3 meal per day) 25 apartments 80% refundable ranging from $17,800 to $27,000 monthly service fee ranges from $4,640 to $4,900.

Independent Living - (1 meal per day) 134 apartments ranging from studios to 1 bedroom to large 2 bedroom cottages. Entrance fees range from $133,000 to $325,000 which is 90% refundable. Month to month fees range from $1,740 to $2,280.

The Loomis Communities are a part of a non profit organization that operate 3 Continuing Care Retirement Communities. A "CCRC" offers a continuum of care. People can live independently, and then graduate to assisted living and even to long term custodial care if needed. Each resident is able to receive 15 days each year in the Loomis nursing center at no extra charge. If more than 15 days is needed, the resident is given priority placement in the Loomis House NursingCenter in Holyoke.
