In addition, a group meets weekly to provide elders with a combination of support, education, socialization and therapy. Past group topics have included exercise and recovery, loneliness, nutrition, gratitude, and frustration. The group will be followed by a meal, free of charge. The group is facilitated by Sharon Britt, LCSW, and Patricia Murphy, LPN.
•Support group meets Wednesdays at the Chicopee Council on Aging from 4:00 – 5:30 PM
