44 apartments, exclusively for patients diagnosed with memory impairment. The apartments open into common sitting room areas which can serve as an extension of their bedrooms. The entire facility is secured. Basic monthly room and board:
Private Studio $8,700 / month with private bathroom including medication management administered by nurses. |
Shared companion suite with shared bathroom: $7,800 / month per person.  These are larger studio apartments where two residents co-reside in a roommate situation; each has one half of the space for their furniture and belongings, they each have their own closets, and they share the restroom. |
Includes three meals daily, snacks, hairdresser and barber, laundry, incontinence management and full activities. During the day we engage our residents with programs/activities and/or in our common areas.
For residents with greater care needs, there are 6 Additional Care Levels available ranging from verbal cueing and prompting to hands on assistance and total care with feedig assistance and Hoyer Lift. Call for daily care rates.
